On the morning of March 3, Shanxi Tianbao Science &industry Co., Ltd. held its annual meeting and commendation ceremony themed "Surge Forward, Build Momentum, Explore Farther". Hu Dawei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. Wang Liliang, Wu Hongfei, Lan Baoyu, Zhang Jie, Zhi Shaojie, Gao Hengrui, representatives of the Shanxi Listing Multiplier Equity Investment Fund, other group leaders, all staff of the group headquarters, and representatives of all subsidiaries and branches attended the meeting.

The meeting kicked off with the solemn national anthem. In his speech, Chairman Hu Dawei noted that the meeting serves as a comprehensive review and in-depth summary of all work in 2025, a grand commendation and positive incentive for annual advanced models, an in-depth analysis of new trends in the industry for 2026, and an in-depth discussion on the group’s future development strategies. He emphasized that the company successfully completed all core targets and tasks in 2025 and achieved phased major breakthroughs in high-quality development. In particular, the group’s shareholding restructuring, the introduction of the provincial listing multiplier equity investment fund, and the steady progress of the Baotou TB2 Project stood out as key annual highlights. General Manager Wang Liliang delivered the annual work report, comprehensively reviewing the operation and management achievements in 2025, outlining the company’s future development blueprint, and clarifying development goals and key tasks for the new year. Deputy Chairman Lan Baoyu read out the decision on commending advanced collectives and model individuals of 2025. Assistant to the Chairman Wu Hongfei read out the decision on commending outstanding Communist Party members. Director Zhang Jie read out the education group’s decision on commending advanced individuals of 2025. Directors Zhi Shaojie and Gao Hengrui made special arrangements for work safety and ecological environmental protection respectively, requiring all employees to strictly abide by safety and ecological bottom lines, fully implement safety and environmental protection responsibilities, and provide a solid guarantee for the company’s stable operation and sustainable development.
