Shanxi Tianbao Science &industry Co., Ltd. (formerly Shanxi Tianbao Group) recently held its 2025 Extended Annual Summary Meeting. Attended by all management staff and department backbones, the meeting comprehensively reviewed the company’s operational achievements in 2025, systematically formulated the development blueprint for 2026 and the 15th Five-Year Plan period, and gathered strong momentum for the enterprise’s high-quality development.

At the meeting, department heads delivered work reports in turn. They fully summarized the outstanding progress made in 2025 in production and operation, technological innovation, team building and other key areas, while objectively analyzing existing deficiencies in daily work. Centering on the core development goals for 2026, all departments clarified key tasks and implementation plans for respective business sectors, setting a clear direction for the company’s annual work deployment.

Hu Dawei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shanxi Tianbao Science &industry Co., Ltd., fully affirmed the hard work and fruitful achievements of all departments in 2025. He pointed out that over the past year, all staff of Tianbao Science &industry have united as one and overcome various difficulties, achieving steady progress in all work and laying a solid foundation for the long-term development of the enterprise. He made comprehensive arrangements for key work in 2026 and the 15th Five-Year Plan period, clarifying a clear development path for the company.

First, uphold bottom-line thinking and consolidate the dual defense lines of safety and environmental protection. The company will always prioritize work safety, strengthen full-process risk control, implement the main responsibility for environmental protection, and promote the standardization and normalization of safety and environmental management with high standards and strict requirements to safeguard the foundation of enterprise development.

Second, anchor core goals and continuously advance listing work. The company will closely focus on the key listing tasks, refine work ledgers, optimize process connection, coordinate all preparatory work, empower enterprise transformation and upgrading through capital operation, and expand development space.

Third, adopt a global vision and accelerate overseas market expansion. The company will actively connect with international market demands, optimize overseas layout, enhance the international competitiveness and brand influence of products, strive to break new ground in overseas markets, and inject new growth momentum into enterprise development.

At the end of the meeting, in accordance with the principle of "whoever takes charge shall be responsible, with responsibility implemented at all levels", the company organized the signing of commitment letters and responsibility documents. Heads of all departments and regional branches signed safety commitment letters, safety and environmental protection responsibility letters, and network information security responsibility letters in sequence. Chairman Hu Dawei signed first-level responsibility letters with General Manager Wang Liliang and Zhang Jie, person in charge of the Baotou TB2 Project. General Manager Wang Liliang signed second-level responsibility letters with deputy general managers and first-level department heads. Deputy general managers in charge signed third-level responsibility letters with their subordinate department heads. All department heads signed fourth-level responsibility letters with individual employees, achieving a 100% signing coverage.
