Tianbao has invested 223 million yuan in the construction of the "Intelligent Manufacturing Expansion Project for Wind Power Ring Forgings Based on 5G + Cloud Platform", which has now been put into operation. The project adopts large-scale forging equipment such as 10-meter CNC radial-axial ring rolling machines and 10,000-ton forging hydraulic presses, increasing the product diameter from 5 meters to 10 meters. Through 5G communication technology, an internal communication network architecture has been established, with the numerical control rate of equipment reaching over 80%, which meets the requirements of the "Intelligent Manufacturing Development Plan" of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and reaches the advanced level of domestic wind power flange manufacturing.
