Shanxi Tianbao Group Launches 2025 “Work Safety Month” Campaign

June marks the 24th National “Work Safety Month”. Since the beginning of the month, the Party Committee of Shanxi Tianbao Group has organized a series of diverse and engaging activities under the theme of work safety, fostering a strong culture of safety across the Company.

To further strengthen the awareness of safe development and comprehensively enhance employees’ safety literacy and accident prevention capabilities, on June 6, the Party Committee of Shanxi Tiabao Group, led the launch ceremony of the 2025 “Work Safety Month” campaign, themed “Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response—Identifying Safety Risks Around Us”. The event also marked the opening of the Company’s Work Safety Knowledge Competition, aimed at further strengthening safety awareness, enhancing emergency response capabilities, and reinforcing the foundation of Work Safety.

The Work Safety Knowledge Competition brought together ten teams, each consisting of three members. The contest featured multiple segments, including mandatory questions, rapid-response rounds, and audience interaction. All teams demonstrated strong teamwork and quick thinking, while the audience participated enthusiastically, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere. After intense competition, the Thermal Power Team won first prize; the Machining Team 1 received second prize; and the Technical Team earned third prize. The Blanking Team and Forging Team 1 were awarded the Best Team Award, while the Quality Inspection Team and Machining Team 2 received the Sportsmanship Award. The Administration Team, Forging Team 2, and Packaging Team were recognized with the Best Participation Award.

Taking the “Work Safety Month” campaign as a new starting point, Tianbao Group will continue to uphold higher standards, stricter requirements, and more rigorous measures to further enhance safety management, consolidate a stable and positive safety environment, safeguard employee well-being, and support the Company’s high-quality development.

Vice President of Production Fan Jingyun led a team to the production front line to conduct a “Work Safety Knowledge to the Workshop” initiative, distributing safety awareness handbooks to frontline employees.
